All products are checked and inspected for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply contacting us.
We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.
MORAL TEAM HOLDINGS LTD will deliver orders with a delivery within a maximum of ten (10) business days for delivery to Asia and twenty (20) business days for delivery for any other destination counting from the day following receipt of the order. Exceeding the delivery time, not justified by force majeure (Act of God), the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days the refund of the amount paid in connection with the sale. For international orders, your country may apply customs duty on this import, and you will have to pay the duty in order to get the goods.
