    We ship to Hong Kong, Macau, China.

    Hong Kong & Macau: Free shipping above HK$399
    China: HK$30 or free shipping above HK$499

  3. How can I track my order?
    Soon after your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order.

  4. Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
    Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

  5. Do I need to provide additional information for delivery?
    If you are in Taiwan, you may be required to provide a copy of your identity document after placing the order. After receiving your order we will send you a request email.
