Thank you for purchasing products from Moral Team Bags. To ensure you enjoy the best experience during use, we provide the following warranty terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

  • Customers who purchase products from our official website.
  • HKTVmall, and Consignment enjoy a 3-year warranty period.
  • Customers who purchase products from Pinkoi or Price.com enjoy a 1-year warranty period.
  • The repair cost during the warranty period is between $50 and $100.
  • The repair cost outside the warranty period is between $80 and $100.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or carrier-related damage.

 

Conditions for Free Warranty Service

  • Rochester Backpack or Marquis Backpack Stealth Bomber Edition has a damaged zipper are eligible for free warranty service. Customers may visit our office for a product exchange or choose to have it delivered, although the related shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Any broken pull tabs on backpacks are also eligible for free warranty service, and the customer will need to cover the shipping costs.

 

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unreasonable use, neglect, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or other non-functional changes to the appearance of the product (such as color changes, fabric wear, or loss of branding).
  • Zipper or fabric dissolution is also not covered.

 

 

 

Steps to Apply for Repair Service

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, because you will need this to validate your claim for our quality assurance service.

 

If you require repair service, please email the following information to cs@moralteam.com:

  • Two clear images of the product: one showing the front and another showing the damaged area. Clear photos are essential for us to accurately identify and assess the product's condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or screenshot of your online purchase record) showing the purchase date, location, and price.
  • Your contact phone number and name.

 

Upon receiving your email, we will notify you within 2-5 business days regarding whether your product is repairable and the associated repair costs. If the product is deemed irreparable or if a valid proof of purchase is not provided, we will offer you alternative repair or replacement options.
