MORAL guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship, for the length of time stated in the warranty. You are entitled to an exchange or refund for a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
1st to 6th Month of Ownership:
All MORAL products are covered by a free six-month warranty service from the date of purchase. MORAL will cover all repair cost. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value.
7th to 36th Month of Ownership:
All MORAL products are covered by international warranty service from the 7th month of ownership. You are responsible for all repair cost and shipping cost.
What is not under warranty?
- Any damage caused by misuse or unreasonable use, improper care, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product are also excluded. (such as changes in colour, wearing out of the fabric or wearing out / falling off of the trademark(s)).
Melted zippers or fabric abrasion.
Proof of Purchase:
Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage.

- 3 images of your bag- Please be sure to send clear images, as the quality of the pictures will allow us to properly identify and evaluate your bag.
- A copy of the proof of purchase which includes the date of purchase, location and price.
- Contact number and contact name
Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 2-5 working days to confirm if the bag is considered warrantable and inform you the repair cost. If the bag is considered non-warrantable, or a valid receipt is not attached, we will provide you alternative repair/replacement options.
