Thank you for purchasing products from Moral Team Bags. To ensure you enjoy the best experience during use, we provide the following warranty terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
- Stealth Bomber Series Products
Customers who purchase Stealth Bomber series products are entitled to 24 months of free repair service, followed by 24 months of paid repair service, for a total of 4 years of warranty commitment.
- Non-Stealth Bomber Series Products
Customers who purchase non-Stealth Bomber series products are entitled to 6 months of free repair service, followed by paid repair service from the 7th to the 24th month, for a total of 2 years of warranty commitment.
Repair Fee Details
If the product exceeds the free repair period, you will be required to pay the corresponding repair fees. Moral members are eligible for discounts based on different circumstances. For detailed information about the discounts, please contact our customer service team.

- Moral shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by carriers.
- For products used for more than 3 years, Moral cannot guarantee the availability of replacement materials identical to the original product.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty?
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, unreasonable use, neglect, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or other non-functional changes to the appearance of the product (such as color changes, fabric wear, or loss of branding).
- fabric dissolution is also not covered.
Steps to Apply for Repair Service
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. This serves as evidence of your entitlement to Moral’s warranty service. If you require repair service, kindly email the following information to cs@moralteam.com or WhatsApp 9061 4942:
- Two product images:
○ One showing the front of the product.
○ One showing the damaged part of the product.
○ Please ensure the photos are clear, as high-quality images are essential for us to accurately identify and assess the product's condition.
- Proof of purchase:
○ A receipt or online purchase record screenshot that clearly shows the purchase date, location, and price.
- Contact details:
○ Your phone number and name.
Once we receive your email or message, we will notify you within 1-2 working days whether your product can be repaired and provide the associated repair costs.
If no valid proof of purchase is provided, Moral will treat the item as outside the warranty period and process it as a paid repair.
