Exchange & Return

At Moral bags, we wish to provide the finest products to our customers and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

 

Online Shopping (Self pick-up)

When picking up your product at a self pick-up location, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects or issues, notify our assistants immediately. If you report the issue after leaving the self pick up location, we will repair the product based on the warranty terms and conditions, if the item is unable to be repaired, we will exchange or refund the product.


Online Shopping (Home Delivery)

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch, whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, the product may be damaged in the delivery process, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for a return simply.

 

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, and will resend them using the original shipping method at no extra charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded for damaged or incorrect items.

If the original product is out of stock, we will return with a product that has the same value as the item you purchased, or refund the purchase value using the original payment method.

 

Colour Disclaimer

We strive to ensure our product images accurately represent the actual products, but cannot guarantee the color differences that may occur. Therefore, please note that color variations due to different monitor settings are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition for Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unused, unworn, and unwashed.All original packaging and accessories (spare parts, and all tags especially hanging tag) must be included. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with removed hanging tags.

 

Remarks: Outlet items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

In case of dispute, Moral Bags reserves the right of final decision.

  1. To request for a return or exchange, please email us at cs@moralteam.com with your proof of purchase within 30 days after purchased;
  2. We will respond with a return authorization and further instructions within 3-5 working days.
