【MIYOMM x MORAL】 Launches Tait “CHOC A BLOC” Backpack in Dreamy Lavender Color Made from Recycled Plastic Bottles, Leading the Sustainable Fashion Trend

Fashion bag brand Moral Bags collaborated with social media influencer Miyo from MIYOMM to launch the Tait Mini Backpack in December 2023, which garnered enthusiastic response. The collaboration successfully raised awareness about environmental issues and promoted the use of eco-friendly products. This year, they have joined forces once again to introduce the second wave of the collaboration. In addition to the previous stylish and versatile colors, Obsidian and Sea Salt White, Miyo personally designed the lavender-colored mini backpack made from recycled plastic bottles, incorporating a dreamy and comfortable purple shade as well as several interesting new designs. This collaboration continues to promote the concept of integrating sustainability into fashion. Similar to the previous collaboration, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity organization for stray cats and dogs, Maison de Charlotte Pour des Chats et des Chiens (MCCC), giving the backpack social and environmental value and significance.

The Perfect Fusion of Style and Utility: An Exquisite Backpack Design

Miyo, who often shares her outfit ideas on social platforms, had several ideas for backpack design. Choosing the mini backpack once again for this collaboration was a way to continue showcasing its versatility. Despite its small size, the mini backpack remains practical, which aligns with Moral Bags' design philosophy. The previous design received positive feedback for its compatibility with various outfits and meeting daily needs, successfully creating a fashionable and practical mini backpack for women. Miyo, who has high design standards, added several new touches to the classic and elegant curved mini backpack, aiming to enhance its appeal.

The enchanting and eye-catching lavender purple color is irresistible to girls, adding a playful and comfortable touch to their outfits. The inner beauty of the backpack should not be overlooked, as it caters to various needs of women. The small side pockets on both sides can hold lip balm and tissues, allowing for easy touch-ups. Miyo's favourite feature is the back panel pocket, which accommodates her phone and allows her to temporarily free her hands when needed.

Versatile and Transformative, All-in-One, Surprise Hidden in the Details

The Tait "MIYOMM x MORAL" “CHOC A BLOC” Backpack is an essential accessory for showcasing one's diverse charm. As a fashion enthusiast, Miyo appreciates the versatility of the mini backpack. Other than the original long shoulder strap, it comes with an additional pair of shoulder straps, allowing for easy conversion between backpack, crossbody, and single-shoulder styles, flexibly adapting to different outfits. Miyo shares her outfit inspirations, where she attaches the shoulder straps and wears the backpack as a single-shoulder bag, creating a casual and relaxed vibe different from the cute and playful look when worn as a backpack.

One of the highlights of this design is the "M" keychain, a revival of keychain accessories in recent years, adding a playful touch to the overall design and preventing it from being dull. The "M" symbolizes the collaboration between Miyo and Mora bagsl, featuring a three-dimensional and exquisite cut. In addition to the keychain, the backpack design incorporates surprises in the details. Careful observation reveals subtle embellishments such as the brand name, brand logo, and "Miyomm" new pattern embroidery in matching colors, as well as a silver Moral circular metal emblem in the lower right corner, adding a touch of fun contrast to the fabric.

Adopting green materials, leading the innovation trend of sustainable fashion

The mini backpack is made from recycled plastic bottles, which were collected and processed by Moral Bags to extract yarn for the production of rPET fabric, a regenerated fiber. This fabric is in no way inferior to traditional fabrics. It has properties that are resistant to staining and water absorption, and it is more durable and less prone to damage than conventional polyester fibers, maintaining the backpack's optimal shape over a long period. Moral Bags and Miyo believe that this technology balances environmental protection and quality, reducing the use of natural resources, minimizing the carbon footprint on the planet, and creating high-quality sustainable fashion products for consumers.

 Providing a home for strays

As a caring dog owner, Miyo is highly committed to animal conservation. Through this collaboration, she aims to connect people, nature, and animals, and donate a portion of the proceeds to a local charity organization for stray cats and dogs, MCCC, to support their operations.MCCC currently shelters over 200 cats and dogs, providing them with shelter, food, and medical assistance. However, they recently announced difficulties due to declining donations. Moral Bags and Miyo hope that the funds raised from this collaboration will alleviate the financial burden on MCCC and continue to save lives.

This collaboration between MIYOMM and MORAL aims to inspire individuals to make sustainable fashion choices and contribute to a better future for the environment and animals.
