Online Shopping (Self Pick-up)

When you pick up your product at self pick-up location after purchasing it online, please check the product carefully. If the product is defective or faulty, you must submit an exchange request to our assistants immediately. If your request is submitted following your receipt of the product and after you leave our location, we will repair or, in case the product cannot be repaired, exchange the product or refund, according to your product’s warranty coverage and warranty terms and conditions. 


Online Shopping (Home Delivery)

All products are checked and inspected for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply contacting us.

We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

The color and display setting of different monitors may vary, therefore variations in color between the actual product and the product shown on the monitor may occur. It is not defective or incorrect, therefore exchange and return are not applicable to this case.

Returned merchandise must include any original packaging, spare parts and all tags intact, including hangtag.

In the instance that the original purchased product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Remarks: No return & exchange for outlet items.

  1. To apply for a return or exchange of your product, please contact us at cs@moralteam.com with your proof of purchase within 30 days after purchased;
  2. We will contact you within 3-5 working days with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return your goods.
